We appreciate the building process can often be quite daunting so our team take care of all your building requirements from start to finish; including the completion and/or co-ordination of all plans and council applications, engineering requirements, covenant approvals, acoustic and energy efficiency reports and all necessary progress stage inspection certificates. On completion, you will also receive a hand-over pack including all the relevant warranty paperwork for your home.
