Tallowwood townhouse development is a construction project started in 2019 working alongside developer Devcorp to create a home that is designed for life. It consists of x43 stylish & spacious townhouses located in The Gap. The development consists of seven building types, all designed to be generously proportioned including 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and secure lock up garage.

This project has been overseen by our development team which is our Building Manager, Construction Supervisor and Contracts Administrator who have built a strong & trusting relationship with the developer to ensure the project has been completed as smoothly and quickly as possible.
