Comer Street Development

Project Overview

The Comer Street development is another design and construct project by SandSky and was bought to SandSky directly by the owner developers who had only basic Development Approved plans to work from. SandSky pre-construction scope of works started from soil testing/survey and working drawings down to BA and plumbing lodgement. SandSky also assisted the developers with their marketing materials, arranging the coloured renders and brochures for their on sells.

SandSky scope of works for the construction phase consisted of site establishments and pre-start meetings with council and will follow through down to handover with the developer where SandSky will also take responsibility for any on-maintenance that the council requires.

This project is overseen by a construction supervisor and building manager who meet with the developer on a fortnightly basis onsite, to go through the completed construction as well as the next stage of construction.
